Description
The equipment transfer passbox, or trolley hatch, is an important piece of equipment that allows equipment and materials to be transferred between two zones with differing cleanliness levels or classes. It prevents contamination during equipment transfer.
- Equipment transfer passbox (trolley hatch) with dual-flush door set; leaf thickness 40 or 60 mm on a 60-mm thick monobloc frame
- Single or double leaf (single and double door swing)
- Detachable leaf and frame with sealed welded assembly
- Made with electrogalvanized steel, powder coating (thickness 80 microns), anti-corrosion coating as per RAL colour chart
Airtightness ensured by a cellular EPDM single-hardness static seal on 3 sides of the frame
Base of the leaf sealed by automatic adjustable door sill (closnet)
Stainless steel lever handle or door pull handle
Flush hinges with roller bearings, polished stainless steel
Sound and thermal insulation with expanded rockwool core M0 (density 130 kg/m3) or non-combustible aluminium honeycomb core (optional)
- Doors comprise a bonded or sealed welded assembly
- Passbox (trolley hatch) partitions in electrogalvanized steel with 80-micron powder coating, anti-corrosion coating as per the RAL colour chart
Electronic door interlock controlled by a programmable micro-PLC, including opening control via a piezo button or contactless sensor; locking via a flush-mounted 300 DaN electromagnetic lock
