Description
- Dual-flush door set, leaf and frame thickness 60 mm or 50 mm
- Hermetically sealed welded assembly
- Detachable leaf and frame in electrogalvanized steel, powder coating (thickness 80 microns), anti-corrosion coating as per RAL colour chart
- Locking mechanism – flush-fit electromagnetic suction pad and inflatable seal (2.5 bars), 300 daN
- Flush-fit stainless steel sill panel for the passage of trolleys
- Airtightness ensured by inflatable EPDM or silicone seal on all 4 sides of the frame
- Door handle in 316 L stainless steel
- Flush-fit stainless steel hinges with anti-friction bearings
- Inflatable seal powered by an integrated hose connection between the frame and leaf
- The frame contains stainless steel airtight units used to house the control panels
- Sound and thermal insulation with expanded rockwool core M0 (density 130 kg/m3) or non-combustible aluminium honeycomb core (optional)
- Leakage rate under positive and negative pressure: 0 m3/h at 30 Pa (according to laboratory tightness test)
