Research and Development
Our Research, Development, and Design Department conceives and designs the laboratory doors, passboxes, hatches, chambers, door opening controls, and access control systems of tomorrow, powered by smart solutions. The design of each cleanroom door, hermetic door, inflatable seal door, passbox, URCC door, pass-through hatch, and control/interlock control cabinet always begins with a sketch and associated block diagrams.
Starting with a rough draft consisting of a few lines, imbued with our knowledge of the sensitive environments in healthcare sector; little by little, the diagrams succeed one another and the design takes shape, always striving to surpass what has been done before.
Through its partners, Bio-dis boasts a rich history in the production of doors that are protective, innovative, durable and built-to-last. Occasionally, previous designs and a classic piece of equipment combine to inspire the design of a given component, such as control panels with no visible mounting screws. A design’s success depends on careful attention to the smallest details.
