High-precision manufacture
The manufacture of an airtight door, passbox or hatch for a cleanroom involves high-precision manufacturing. Each component requires time and meticulous care. To meet our stringent quality standards, all doors, passboxes, pass-throughs, chambers and hatches are manufactured and assembled in a suitable environment.
Expertise of our sheet metal workers and welders
A CNC punching machine or laser cutter is used to cut out subassemblies and component parts for doors, guillotine hatches, pass-throughs, passboxes and decontamination chambers. A press brake, with specific CAD software, is then used to shape the parts, i.e. the component parts of door leaves or airlock enclosures. This high-precision manufacturing machine guarantees perfect straightness when folding, with a tonnage suited to the configuration of the relevant part.

Manufacture: assembly, installation and final adjustment
On arriving at the manufacturing department (assembly, welding, fitting), door leaves, frames, enclosures, partitions and ceilings undergo a meticulous inspection. Control panels are clipped flush to the frame and electromagnetic suction pads are fastened with flush screws. Oculi are adjusted to a perfect dual-flush fit in the door leaf, while seals are affixed using a special adhesive. Hinges with anti-friction bearings are fitted flush, as are the door handles, after which the integrated lock with stainless steel faceplate is fitted in the door leaf.
Each component is now ready for a final inspection. Technicians use tools to manually secure each accessory. Absolute concentration is required at all times to avoid scratching the manufactured parts. The door assembly is inspected to make sure it closes properly.
Automation, smart doors and commissioning
Our design office designs control cabinets for standard or custom enclosures, covering containment, interlock systems for doors and airlocks for personnel and equipment, and the management of decontamination cycles.
The system can be interconnected with HVAC (air conditioning and air handling), access control, and H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) decontamination systems.
It comprises a complete range of touch-sensitive or contactless control panels, touchscreens (HMI), access controls, and communicating airlock control units. The system’s design and manufacture allows you to monitor your doors and cleanroom, including their connection to a dedicated platform.
Among other things, all command/control components enable the opening, closing and interlocking of doors, the decontamination of chambers and laboratories, and chamber entry/exit timer function. The system signals both the presence of persons in the changing room, and any faults and a return-to-class function, an interface with cleanroom and laboratory processes.
Control / interlock system to maintain containment or dust class
PLC-controlled, interlock management cabinets manage all zone access airlocks by authorising or prohibiting the opening of any door type: static seal swing doors, motorised swing doors, motorised roller shutter doors, motorised sliding doors, inflatable seal doors, pass-throughs, passboxes, and motorised guillotine hatches.
The simple, user-friendly system enables real-time monitoring and ensures settings can be changed quickly and easily to return-to-class, stabilise pressure levels and prioritise emergency flows. The system guarantees the operation of your containment zones or controlled dust zones, ensuring the safety of your personnel, the qualification of your facilities and the protection of your working environment.
