A CNC <\/strong>punching machine<\/strong> or laser cutter is used to cut out subassemblies <\/strong>and component parts <\/strong>for doors<\/strong>, guillotine hatches<\/strong>, pass-throughs<\/strong>, passboxes <\/strong>and decontamination chambers<\/strong>. A press brake<\/strong>, with specific CAD software, is then used to shape the parts<\/strong>, i.e. the component parts of door leaves or airlock enclosures. On arriving at the manufacturing <\/strong>department (assembly, welding, fitting<\/strong>), door leaves<\/strong>, frames<\/strong>, enclosures<\/strong>, partitions <\/strong>and ceilings <\/strong>undergo a meticulous inspection. Control panels<\/strong> are clipped flush to the frame and electromagnetic suction pads<\/strong> are fastened with flush <\/span>screws<\/strong>. Oculi <\/strong>are adjusted to a perfect dual-flush<\/strong> fit in the door leaf, while seals <\/strong>are affixed using a special adhesive. Hinges with anti-friction bearings <\/strong>are fitted flush<\/strong>, as are the door handles<\/strong>, after which the integrated lock<\/strong> with stainless steel faceplate is fitted in the door leaf.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Each component is now ready for a final inspection<\/strong>. Technicians <\/strong>use tools <\/strong>to manually secure each accessory. Absolute concentration<\/strong> is required at all times to avoid scratching the manufactured parts<\/strong>.
