Our products have been extensively tested <\/strong>at an independent laboratory<\/strong>, which has validated the products’ overall sealing <\/strong>and mechanical performance<\/strong>. One test simulates the pressure <\/strong>resistance of the inflatable seal door <\/strong>over 24 hours, maintaining an operating pressure<\/strong> of 2.5 bars. The stainless steel<\/strong> door hinges<\/strong>, with anti-friction bearings<\/strong>, were tested to 200,000 cycles. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Bio-dis <\/strong>is famous for its cleanroom<\/strong>, grayroom<\/strong>, clean zone<\/strong>, and lab <\/strong>equipment installations. To ensure the tightness <\/strong>of these models at a specific positive and negative pressure, the equipment is placed in a test cell (white zone<\/strong>).
